Martin Erhardt graduated in mechanical engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Munich 1995, specializing his studies in development, production and process technologies of design and security relevant lightning devices as well as elaborating the quality management programme and purchase strategy for continuous improvement of the product quality.
He worked from 1996 to 2005 as senior development engineer in the customer support centre of a German first tier supplier in the field of Automotive Lightning Systems in Madrid, Spain.
He started his career in intellectual property in 2005, joining the KBS-patent law firm (Kramer et al) and changed to the Frohwitter Firm in 2006. He specializes in prosecution, litigation, mediation and licensing of inventions in Germany and of Trademarks and Design Models both in Germany and in Europe.
Mr. Erhardt is admitted to practice before the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the German Federal Patent Court (BPatG), the German Supreme Court (BGH) and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market for Community Trademarks and Designs (OHIM) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
